As you step into the open kitchen, dining, and living room, you'll feel a sense of harmony and balance enveloping you. The kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a luxurious 6-burner stove. The kitchen island takes center stage, featuring seating for four and a convenient under-counter fridge and freezer combination with generous space. There's also an additional fridge conveniently located next to the pool room. The four-person dining table is the perfect spot for meals with your loved ones, and extra chairs are available for your guests' comfort. The stylishly designed minibar beckons you to mix your favorite cocktails, while a sleek 6-bottle wine fridge adds a touch of elegance. Relax and unwind in the inviting living room, complete with a 50-inch SmartTV and ample seating to immerse yourself in your favorite TV shows or movies.

The primary bedroom exudes luxury, boasting a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a 50-inch SmartTV, cozy seating, and generous closet space. The ensuite bathroom boasts a single large vanity sink and a rejuvenating walk-in shower. Access the main bedroom's private patio through either the bedroom slider or the exterior door of the bathroom, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Sunlight pours in through the large windows, enveloping both the bathroom and main bedroom in warm, natural light.

The guest bedroom presents a haven of comfort with a plush queen bed, a spacious closet, and convenient access to the front patio. The hallway bathroom features a striking single large vanity sink and a stunning walk-in shower, inviting ample natural light to create an ambiance of tranquility. Finally, the office/den combo offers the perfect space for productivity or relaxation, equipped with a spacious work desk, a 50-inch SmartTV, and a comfortable queen bed for those rejuvenating afternoon naps. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been stunningly remodeled and decorated by lovers of midcentury architecture and design.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
