Sunrise Vista

Our family had an excellent stay at this home. It was exactly as advertised -- beautiful home, clean, excellent location. Just a perfect week in Palm Springs.

We rented this house for Father's day weekend. Our goal for the weekend was to spend it in the pool. So we looked for a great pool house and this is THE ONE! So many options for the outdoor space such as swimming, grilling, lounging. The house is very well decorated. It is also conveniently located to restaurants, acai bowls, coffee shops, casino and much more.

Great house with incredible backyard pool with views of the mountains. House was exactly like the pictures indicated. Very relaxing experience. House had all the amenities you need. Only 7 minutes from downtown.

The house was a perfect setting for a small group wanting to relax and be close to downtown. The pool was wonderful, we had trouble getting it heated and never were able to get it warm, but we still enjoyed our time in it. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Would recommend this home for any group of adults wanting to enjoy the amazingness PS has to offer.

This home was fabulous, just as described. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed for your stay. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and the outdoor space incredible. Altamira rental company was excellent to work with, they were accommodating where they could be and quick to respond to any questions or help we needed. We will rent at this location again!

Sunrise Vista was spotless and very well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen tools and equipment. We also appreciated the shampoo, coffee and miscellaneous pantry items that were available. Nice to not have to buy all those sundry items. The area felt safe and the neighbors were friendly.
Sunsets were lovely. Management company was proactive and checkin was seamless. Highly recommend this property with a very cool vibe.

Great month in sunny Palm Springs!

What a special and beautiful home! I am happy to report it’s even better in real life. The house is so clean and stylish and updated. The pool and spa and outside space is amazing. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were nice, the kitchen was great though we barely used it. It was fantastic swimming day and night with the view of the mountains and total privacy. My dog loved lounging in the turf grass and sunbathing. Bonus: family of bluebirds live in the palm trees next door and you can watch them in the mornings and afternoons. So special. We had a great winter stay here. Will return!!

WOW. This home in Palm Springs was an exceptional find. The home is classic Palm Springs decor, extremely clean, and very well equipped. The private yard is vast, with amazing pool, hot tub and fire pit. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable beds! Full size laundry was nice to have. We cooked and enjoyed the modern fully equipped kitchen. The location was the best - central, and close to airport. Will be returning again and again!

This home and Atamira vaction rentals have exceeded EVERY expectation. The home was super nice, fully stocked with everything you need but best of all was the excepetional service provided. We will definitely be back.

We had a really great stay at this property. The house was very clean. Great kitchen and nice furniture throughout. The pool was a nice size and a big yard. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to the main strip. I would definitely book this property again. The management company was very responsive when needed, but we really didn't need much. Great place!

This house is fantastic and Altamira was so easy to work with and responsive. They put a lot of thought into stocking the house- kitchen essentials, games, extra pool towels, etc so that your vacation is seamless! The house was immaculately clean and so well equipped. The pool and the views were unbeatable and the location was close to downtown. Already looking to book another trip!
