Step inside and be captivated by the modern open floorplan, bathed in natural light with 10-foot-high ceilings, recessed lighting, and expansive multi-slide doors. These doors seamlessly connect the interior living spaces to your private outdoor oasis for the perfect indoor/outdoor desert living.

Soak up the sun on the inviting, open patio and sprawling backyard, featuring a pergola-covered dining and lounging area, a sparkling pool and spa, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a cozy firepit – all framed by breathtaking mountain vistas and open desert landscape. Not to mention all the room for outdoor activities and games.

Retreat to one of the three bedrooms, each equipped with plenty of closet space, televisions, and designed for optimal privacy and comfort.

The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a comfy sitting area, and a large TV hung on the wall facing the bed. The spa-like en suite bath features a luxurious oversized shower, a private water closet, and a double vanity for extra comfort and space. There is a roomy walk-in closet with plenty of space for two people's wardrobes plus a dedicated entrance to the spacious backyard.

The first of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed with a luxurious ensuite bath for you to enjoy. The other guest room also boasts a queen-sized bed and has access to a shared full bathroom equipped with a sizable walk-in shower and dual sinks for your guests’ comfort. Lastly, there is a dedicated office space equipped with a desk and chair for remote work capabilities. This office space even includes a queen-sized pullout bed for extra guests you might have during your stay.

Gather in the heart of the home, the gourmet kitchen, a haven for culinary creativity. Featuring a wet bar, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a generously sized island with seating for 4, this space is ideal for preparing delicious meals and sharing unforgettable memories with loved ones. The modern kitchen opens into the designated dining space with seating for 6, and the cozy living room to enjoy a comfortable night on the couch.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 30 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is pet-friendly with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
