With a contemporary cool design and midcentury influences this new Rancho Mirage home was designed to take full advantage of the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the desert. The attached casita makes this a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home perfect for hosting family or guests throughout your stay.

The south facing back yard has an expansive covered patio with a comfortable outdoor living room and dining table seating eight. The outdoor kitchen features a large gas grill and prep counter. There are chaise lounges near the beautiful 10’ x 30’ salt-water pool plus a raised spa with waterfall. Nearby you’ll find a comfortable seating area around a large fire pit for spending cool evenings in the desert. And there’s a lawn area for your dog to vacation in style!

Perfect for relaxing and entertaining, the main living area features a fireplace, a 50” smart TV and plenty of seating. There’s a moving glass wall system that completely opens the home to the patio and backyard!

The modern open kitchen has a center prep island with quartz countertop with waterfall edge and plenty of storage. There are two ovens, a five-burner gas range, and all stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has a marble-topped table which seats six and is flanked by a gorgeous built-in wet bar – perfect for mixing cocktails or serving as a buffet for celebrations.

The morning room just off the kitchen has fun upholstered bench seating, views out to the pool, and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a book.

Privacy abounds in the spacious primary bedroom, which looks out over the backyard, has a king bed, smart TV, and a glass privacy door out to the patio. The large ensuite features a floating vanity with double sinks, a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a bench, and water closet. There’s a large walk-in closet for storing all your gear!

The guest room has a king bed and smart TV. It is right next to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. The office is also down this hall and furnished with a desk, smart TV, and queen sofa bed. It's a perfect spot to get some privacy if you need to work.

With a private entrance, the casita features a queen bed, work desk, a smart TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 30 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is pet-friendly with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
