One of the home's most unique features is the attached casita, a private sanctuary accessible exclusively from the pool deck. This separate structure houses a dedicated office, complete with a desk facing a glass slider that overlooks the sparkling pool. It offers a quiet, inspiring workspace, allowing you to stay connected while maintaining total separation from the main house.

The backyard is designed for the ultimate desert experience. A covered lounge area serves as a shaded retreat with two plush love seats and a coffee table, while a large outdoor dining table for eight stands ready for starlit meals prepared on the backyard BBQ. Sun-seekers can choose between the classic comfort of the chaise lounges or the unique built-in benches with custom cushions located alongside the pool. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected at booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you; however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
