Via Las Palmas

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at our VRBO home. It was so well-appointed and had everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated with classic and tasteful mid-century decor. We also appreciated how attentive the VRBO staff was with every question and concern. We got responses immediately. The location was also a huge bonus being so close to Palm Canyon Drive with all the fun shops and restaurants in short walking distance. The house was still very quiet and peaceful located in a great neighborhood of large, gated homes. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great indoor space with a beautiful fireplace to add great ambience, cosy, and yet spacious enough for our group of 8. Altamira staff were great to work with.

This home has it all in the heart of the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. Very well kept and well stocked -all necessities are made available to you. Perfect layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard oasis with pool and patio is so serene and such a great space to unwind and relax. Morning walks in this neighborhood are unbeatable. Host and management were amazing to work with. We want to make this a yearly trip now.

Our stay here with family and friends was wonderful. The house is large and pool area is just lovely. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Great neighborhood for walking and taking in the views and architecture.

Stayed there with my spouse, dad and our two kids. Beautiful home and plenty of space for us. Hot tub and pool plus actual grass were awesome for all of us. Location is convenient though closer to palm canyon road than we realized (no traffic issues though).

all good and enjoyed by my Girls - only issue was the foam type mattress in MBr - just not our preference.

Great location! We had an issue with water flow in the showers and the property management company was right on top of it.

If you're looking for authentic, mid-century modern with a great location, this is the place. It's vintage but very well maintained.

Great space - perfect week at the house!

We had a fabulous stay at the Las Palmas home. The location is convenient, the neighborhood peaceful, the property beautiful and well-appointed - and that backyard! Our group of 8 felt right at home and had plenty of space to spread out. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and flexible. We would absolutely love to return.

Lovely stay for our family of seven in Old Las Palmas. The home is comfortable and has an entertaining mid-century character. The location is wonderful: charming neighborhood and we walked to dinner every evening we dined out.

The beds were magnificent, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful pool and spa, spectacular view of the mountains, walking distance from downtown (but VERY quiet neighborhood). The house was built in the 40s and updated in the 60s so there is both a wonderful combination of old Hollywood and Mid-Century Modern. Palm Springs at its best.

This is a wonderful home with a great location in the Old Las Palmas area. Its a classic property, ideal for those who appreciate mid-century design and are willing to be gentle with its collection of furniture pieces and the original fixtures. Its also very private with lovely surprises like four lemon trees out front, a great spa, and wonderful views. We highly recommend this property

Eight of us (four couples) stayed here and had a great vacation. With four large bedrooms and four large bathrooms the place easily accommodated the eight of us. Loved the pool and hot tub as well. Quite close to great dining and downtown. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough!

We had a wonderful time spend Xmas at this house. The interior design is beautiful, feeling very Palm Springs while being very comfy and feeling spacious for 7 people. The kitchen is very big and well equipped to cook a holiday meal. The pool was heated at a perfect temperature and it was great to be able to swim in December. Overall a top notch experience!

This is an absolutely stunning property managed by a top notch rental agency. Everything about our experience was perfection. And the home is as gorgeous as the photos...which is not always the case. But with this one, it’s even better in real life. We traveled with our 3 kids and my parents. The addition of the separate “casita” suite with a king bed and bath makes for an amazing set up for grandparents to escape the noise of the main house when needed. Highly recommend for multi-generational trips (with kids old enough to respect the beautiful furniture!!).

This is one of the most stunning homes we have ever rented. It’s hard to believe the beautiful pictures are real, but they are - the mountains and palm trees in the background while swimming or dining outdoors are simply breathtaking. The interior is beautifully maintained and wonderfully representative of the Palm Springs mid-century style (the kitchen is highly functional while a total throwback in time). I can’t say enough kind words about the Altamira staff - they were thorough, communicative, humorous, and all around lovely. Highly recommend this property and property manager.

A great house in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. It was a peaceful stay and had so many birds in attendance out in the bougainvillea people on my work calls thought someone was playing birdsong back ground music. The home and landscaping are more detailed and lush in person. It is citrus season and the lemons were lovely. Expertly managed and hosted by Lars. Much appreciated all the great books in the home as well. Will be coming back for another stay!
