From the street, the home's distinctive peaked roofline, breeze-block accents, towering palms, and desert landscaping immediately set the scene. Inside, classic Alexander details—including post-and-beam construction, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, clerestory windows, and walls of glass—create the light-filled indoor/outdoor living that helped make Palm Springs modernism famous.

The open living area is centered around a dramatic gas-burning fireplace, with high ceilings and clerestory windows bringing in abundant natural light. Mid-century furnishings, vintage-inspired touches, and colorful Palm Springs style give the home plenty of personality while staying true to its architectural roots. A smart TV provides a spot for movie nights when you're ready to come in from the pool.

The remodeled kitchen opens directly to the living and dining areas and features a large island with seating for three, modern appliances, and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The primary suite features a king bed, vaulted ceiling, smart TV, and walls of glass overlooking the backyard, with direct access to the pool from the bedroom. Its en-suite bathroom features an extra-large walk-in shower.

The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the hall bathroom. Both continue the home's bright mid-century character with vaulted ceilings and direct access to the pool and backyard. One of the queen bedrooms also has its own smart TV.

One of the pleasures of this classic Alexander floor plan is just how connected the entire house is to the outdoors: every bedroom has its own door to the pool area. Morning coffee, an afternoon swim, or an evening soak in the spa is always just a few steps away.

**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected at booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you; however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
