Clean and modern property conveniently located to downtown. Fully renovated with everything one could need for a wonderful stay.

This was our 11th annual Palm Springs stay. The neighborhood was classic mid century modern and fun to walk. Also, a manageable short drive to downtown. The house was clean, well appointed and worked well for our family with 2 young children. We had a few episodes with the hot tub heat, but the management group was quick to resolve it. We would love to return next year.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our weekend in Palm Springs and staying at Iconic Twin Palms. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood but so close to everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and baths and the beds were so comfortable! The pool area is gorgeous for afternoon swimming or evening cocktails by the fire table. Great communication with the management team before our stay. First time in Palm Springs but definitely won’t be our last and I would absolutely book this home again!

Beautifully maintained house, well suited to our group of three couples, very well stocked kitchen in a truly iconic Palm Springs neighbourhood. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and both check in and check out accommodated our needs. The information binder was comprehensive and very informative. We had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were both kept at an ideal temperature.

Great house - we had a few problems with the property that were dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The "Iconic Twin Palms" mid-century modern house was lovely. It was artfully decorated throughout. The representatives at Altamira were professional, responsive and friendly. Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful and idyllic week in sunny and warm Palm Springs.

We had the best time. The house is so beautiful and beautifully decorated. Spotless! My best experience renting and I’ve been renting for 18 years! The management were quick to respond to questions and professional and super nice. Would definately rent from again :)

This was our second stay at an Altamira property and we continue to be impressed. Properties are as advertised, no complaints at all. This is a beautiful and well stocked house. We took advantage of the kitchen supplies and cooked most nights. Bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. We would not hesitate to return!

My cousins and I enjoyed our long girls weekend at the Iconic Twin Palms. The house has a great layout, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away, and we had just as much fun walking around this mid-century modern neighborhood. We routinely met at the covered table in the backyard for early morning coffee talks, and later the pool was the perfect size for our party of 4. The hosts were attentive and check-in via Facetime was an added convenience. We had such a fantastic time that I booked the same property for the following weekend for my husband and his college friends to enjoy :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a lovely stay with my family. House is centrally located and walking distance (10 minutes or less) to groceries, great restaurants, coffee shop, and bars. House and backyard very clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook and to play in backyard. Highly recommend.

We had three couples enjoy a great weekend at this beautiful light, bright and beautiful house. Everything you could need was there. The house itself was so welcoming with many areas to hang out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with what you need to prepare a meal. The pool and hot tub were great. The neighborhood is so charming and we took many beautiful walks. Highly recommend!

Six girls had a fantastic long weekend at the Iconic Twin Palms. We loved the vibe of the twin palms neighborhood...close to town and great mountain views. The amenities of the house were great...we enjoyed all the common indoor and outdoor areas. The property management company was easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Twin Palms. There was plenty of space for 6 of us indoors and outdoors. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended Twin Palms to people!

Super clean property! Very spacious and located in a great neighborhood!

House was the perfect size for our group of 7. The pool, hot tub, kitchen....everything was just what we needed. Amazing house, perfect location, beautiful neighborhood! Hosts even accommodated early checkin and checkout. Loved it!

The property was perfect- very clean, and well appointed. Enjoyed lounging by the pool/spa, and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings and catching up with friends. Remote check-in was easy and the agent was able to allow us to check in a bit early, which was very much appreciated.

The only hiccup had to do with the damage deposit of $1500 which was processed at the time of booking rather than the date of arrival. In essence the rental agent held that additional/refundable amount for a month prior to arrival. The listing also indicated the deposit would be refunded with 7 business days of departure, which it was, with the caveat that it could take an additional 15 days to be processed. They also required an additional purchase of a damage insurance policy for $100 or the damage deposit would increase an additional $6500. Felt this process was excessive.

Iconic Twin Palms was spacious, beautifully decorated, homey inside and out. Pool was large, great fire pit, plenty of sunny & shady spots and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable.
