Stunning, newer home in the Desert Princess Golf Resort, a gated vacation paradise located just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Spacious, open floor plan with mountain views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and pool area. Covered outdoor dining. BBQ. Gourmet kitchen. 3 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. This is the type of home where you can sit back, put your feet up and not worry about a thing!
This spacious, freestanding home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. Glass doors let the light pour in and reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. It has all the amenities you would expect including a beautiful gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, 65" flatscreen TV in the living room, and moveable walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
The home has a spacious yard with a saltwater pool (12'x24') with a tanning shelf, perfect for lounging in the water with your favorite cocktail. The yard also has an integrated waterfall spa, plenty of poolside lounge chairs, a covered outdoor dining pavilion and BBQ grill, plus absolutely stunning mountain views.
The 3 deluxe bedroom suites have been beautifully styled and each feature an en-suite bathroom, a hotel quality mattress, a 50" flatscreen TV and ample storage. The primary suite has a king bed and the second and third suites have queen beds. There is also a half bath off the great room.
The Desert Princess Resort features a 27-hole golf course designed by David Rainville, 9 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, basketball, horseshoes, a full-service spa, and a large Clubhouse with upscale restaurant, public bar, golf pro shop, meeting rooms and recreation and fitness center. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities for a fee.

Per Cathedral City Short-Term Vacation Rental Ordinance: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Though, you are responsible for any overages.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. No other animals are allowed.

All the great views are correct. This house is extremely comfortable with ensuite bathrooms for each of he three bedrooms. Beautiful views of the mountains make it a lovely place to hang out. Very high ceilings add to the spacious feeling. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and there were even games in the dining area sideboard. Beds ere super comfy and everything was spotless. Well situated to go to Joshua Tree but not too far from Palm Springs. Also convenient to the airport. Very quiet community made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool which were comfortably heated.

The space was beautifully done, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My boyfriend wanted to move in. The inability to make sound outside or be outside after 10pm is a damper for sure but not the airbnbs fault as it’s a city rule, but something to consider if you have a fun chatty group. Appreciated that pets were allowed!! Had a great time.

Loved this home from Altamira! It’s in a gated community with a security guard but once you get a parking pass from them, it’s very quick and easy to get in and out. The country club was beautiful and felt like we had a lot of privacy in this neighborhood. The house is beautifully furnished and having 3 en-suite bedrooms made our guests extra comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing and I couldn’t have asked for better communication with Altamira.

What a truly amazing property!!!! The pictures do not do this home justice!! The home is HUGE, beautifully decorated, clean with an amazing layout. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked for a foody who is ready to cook. The location is ideal. You do not have a home on the west side so it's very private. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the perfect temperature. The spa was easy to use! The views are truly SPECTACULAR!!! All around, an amazing relaxing getaway in the Palm Springs area. WE LOVED THIS HOME!

The house was great. It was quiet, clean, spacious and offered a very relaxing and calming environment. The Altamira Team was extremely helpful getting us settled in. Alexander was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly. The neighborhood was great for walking our two dogs and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and hospitable. The house is close to many great restaurants in the area. We will definitely come again!

My family had the best trip! The house is beautifully decorated , so clean and well stocked! The pool is a little on the small size but was perfect size for us . And it had a shallow ledge that was great for my 2 year old son who couldn’t yet swim. We will definitely stay here again !

It was really nice. It was a last minute plan and everything went well. All communication was easy and quick. The stay was relaxing.
Delightful month in the sun (mostly). Lovely home. Incredibly well equipped kitchen. Helpful rental agency.
Only one real concern is that we are older and we really need a grab bar in the bathroom. I bought a suction one for the shower but it does not work on painted walls. This would be so helpful by the commode!!
