Savor cozy movie nights on the plush couch in the spacious living room, the grand fireplace crackling nearby as the large 55-inch TV lets you lose yourself in captivating entertainment on a cozy desert night. Each bedroom boasts its own cable TV, offering a slice of personal entertainment when privacy is desired.

Unleash your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen, where all essential appliances and ample counter space set the stage for culinary masterpieces. The generous island with four bar stools invites casual dining and conversations over morning coffee or evening cocktails. A convenient half bathroom sits near the kitchen for guests and visitors to use.

Retreat to the king-sized haven of the primary suite, sinking into a plush armchair in your private sitting area after a rejuvenating rinse in the spa-like walk-in shower. The large en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks and plenty of space for you to get ready for a night on the town or to indulge in your end-of-day routine. Unwind with your favorite movie on the 50-inch TV sitting above the large dresser.

At the east end of the home, find two additional queen-sized bedrooms, each with their own cozy sitting area and private access to the backyard. These rooms share a full-sized bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The fourth guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a work desk, the perfect blend of comfort and productivity. This cozy fourth bedroom will share the full-sized guest bathroom for bathing but also has access to the half bath in the hallway just around the corner from the bedroom.

Step outside and embrace the inviting, private backyard oasis. Surrounded by tall hedges providing the ultimate privacy, you can stretch out on plush chaise lounges or soak up the desert sun at the al fresco dining table for eight. Enjoy an evening outside and keep warm with the large space heater situated next to the outdoor dining area. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or warm up in the relaxing jacuzzi seated for 8, all the while captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the San Jacinto mountains.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
