Casa No Problemo is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Desert Princess Country Club, alongside the putting green and boasts stunning mountain views. The entire home has been professionally designed top-to-bottom for exquisite presentation, tranquil ambiance and utmost comfort.

Mixing clean modern lines and soothing southwest charm, this home’s living space is designed with relaxation in mind. A sectional sofa and several unique armchairs wrap around a handsomely tiled fireplace, with a 65in smart tv above. Natural light pours in from the surrounding windows and sliding doors, which provide a spectacular view over the sparkling saltwater pool and across the lush greenbelt.

The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, a massive breakfast island, and all the dishware and cookware needed to prepare a five-star meal for the entire family.

The posh primary suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet, 55in smart tv, and a fabulous en suite bath. The spa-like bathroom has both a massive soaking tub and walk-in glass-enclosed shower, double sink vanity, and water closet.

The first of the two guest suites has a king bed, walk-in closet, 50in smart tv, work desk, and stylish en suite bath with glass and tile shower. The second guest suite also has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with a glass and tile shower. Every bedroom has a private, en suite bathroom!

There is also a separate powder room and direct access to the one-car garage with Tesla EV charger.

Finally, the home’s pièce de résistance: the backyard hosts a dazzling saltwater pool (12ftx24ft) and spa ensemble with gorgeous decorative tiling that overlooks a breathtaking greenscape and sublime mountain ranges. The patio is complete with an outdoor dining set for six, a large gas grill, lava stone fire pit, and several sunning chaises.

PER CITY RULES: No sound amplifying devices (speakers) may be used outside, if used inside noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am is prohibited. ALL SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL OCCUPANTS SHALL RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' PRIVACY AND PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR PROPERTY.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 30-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.

This rental was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Each bedroom has their own In bathroom suite, large closet and large bed. This is perfect for families, couples, and more. Excellent views of mountains and green belt makes the backyard a nice place to chill out. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Kitchen, living room and dining room had open concept floor plan and overlooked the backyard and pool. This home is in a private gated community and the grounds are well kept. Two car garage with a Tesla charging station (ya!) allowed us to keep our car cool during the trip. The check in was a bit overwhelming but worth it! Home is a
shirt drive away from downtown Palm Springs, in the opposite direction grocery stores and Starbucks, and easy freeway access. Our boys loved this home as much as we did. Looking forward to returning soon!

My friends and I couldn't stop raving about this house! It's so beautifully designed and you instantly feel right at home here. I will definitely be coming back and am hesitant to leave this review because I don't want it booking up too fast! It is also in such a convenient spot - quick access to Downtown Palm Springs and such an easy drive to and from the airport.

This place was everything we wanted…a true oasis in the desert. We spent our days by the pool and cooling off in the water. The house itself was kept very well. So clean and everything seemed new. It felt like it was newly renovated. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and was such an open and inviting space to hang out. The rooms were spacious and each had a king sized bed with mattresses that were so comfortable. All rooms had their own bathrooms and it practically felt like we all had our own suites. There’s not a lot of restaurants immediately outside the community, but a short drive into town and you have so many different restaurants. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this listing even though it didn’t have any reviews at the time of us booking. The pictures just made it look so nice and it was almost better in person. Communication with Altamira was also really great. They responded to questions almost immediately and were really clear during the booking process. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Casa No Probllama. The bedroom en suite set up was ideal for our family and all our visiting guests, offered everyone enough privacy. The outdoor space was so inviting and we took advantage of it whenever we could. The backyard view was nothing short of spectacular. The house was pristine upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed, organized and we had everything we needed. Bathroom amenities left nothing to be desired.

We were a short Uber ride into Palm Springs which was convenient for safe driving/evenings out.

Altamira was a phone call away and very responsive with our questions.

Loved this property and look forward to our next stay!
