A thoughtfully landscaped private entry courtyard with a whispering fountain greets you upon arrival. Inside you'll find an abundance of natural light that warms the rich tones of the Spanish-style wood beams and paneling that frame the opulently designed interior.
Both the dining and living rooms are lavishly furnished and comfortably host 6 guests, replete with high ceilings, a large stone fireplace, built-in bookcases, wine-cooler, and custom-built half-wall console that conceals a motorized pop-up 44” flat-screen television.
The center of the home boasts an open, airy eating area and kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite slab counters, and an island. As any well-appointed gourmet kitchen should be, this one is complete with all high-quality appliances: Sub-Zero refrigerator & wine cooler, Wolf oven and five-burner range, Wolf microwave & Asko dishwasher.
Adjacent to the kitchen is another private patio with an outdoor fireplace and cozy lounge seating. Also on the ground level, an easy access half-bath, a pass-through office workspace, laundry room with washer and dryer, and attached two-car garage.
On the second level, you'll find a large den with sitting area and quiet workspace. A guest bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed, a 44” TV, large closet, and spacious full bath just right down the hall. In the primary bedroom, a plush king-size bed, A 50” flat-screen television, custom built-in dressing station, enormous two-sided walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with dual-sinks and multi-head walk-in shower.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
