Desert Princess is known for its incredible mountain views, golf, tennis and beautiful grounds. Casa Blanca is a private home located inside this beautiful, gated community just minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs.

The heart of Casa Blanca is the great room that looks out to the patio and pool. This incredible space is perfect for relaxing and sharing time with the whole crew whether you are cooking, eating or simply watching the action. The living area is furnished with plenty of seating, a 65” smart TV, a ceiling fan and gas fireplace. Directly across is a large kitchen with dark maple cabinets, beautiful granite countertops and glass backsplash. It is outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner cooktop, built-in oven and microwave and a large island with counter seating. Nearby is a dining table with seating for 6.

Through a large slider, you enter the incredible outdoor spaces at Casa Blanca - perfectly designed to take full advantage of our desert outdoor lifestyle! There’s a covered porch with a dining table that seats six and a gas grill. The paver patio extends out from there and surrounds the private (12ft x 25ft saltwater)pool with a waterfall from the raised spa. Throughout the patio you’ll find chaise loungers, umbrellas and two seating areas. And beyond that views of the green belt and the San Jacinto mountain range.

The large primary bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan and smart TV. Connected is a large bath with a dual-sink vanity, water closet, a large soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and smart TV. If you need to do some work, this private space features a desk and comfortable chair. There’s an ensuite with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and smart TV. There is a connected bath in this room as well with a walk-in shower.

Throughout the home you’ll find contemporary design and cool porcelain tile floors, a hall powder room and a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a sink. There’s also a 2-car garage.

PER CITY RULES: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times.Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 30-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
