This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath stand-alone home behind the gates of the Desert Princess Resort has everything you want and everything you need for a long weekend in the desert or to spend the season here. A large open social area featuring desert contemporary design combines a living room, dining for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island and stainless steel appliances.
The living room opens thru a wall of glass to an incredible backyard. Just outside is a covered terrace with a dining table for 8 and gas grill. Beyond that are beautiful views of the green belt and mountains. You have your own private (12ft x 25ft saltwater) pool with a waterfall from the raised spa. For relaxing in the sun there are loungers and umbrellas. For those cool desert nights, there’s a seating area around a gas fire pit. Everything you need for the desert’s outdoor lifestyle is here!
The large living room has a gas fireplace and 65" smart TV mounted above it. There’s plenty of comfortable seating with a huge sectional sofa and lounge chairs.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which makes this home perfect for couples, friends, or family to have their own private space to chill.
The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and sitting area. The ensuite has a large walk-in closet, water closet, tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and a dual-sink vanity.
Each of the guest bedrooms with its tasteful desert modern design has a king bed, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed step-in shower. Each bath has a clerestory window which helps to brighten the space. The first guest bedroom has a smart TV; the second has a desk for those times you need to work from home.

PER CITY RULES: No sound amplifying devices (speakers) may be used outside, if used inside noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am is prohibited. ALL SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL OCCUPANTS SHALL RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' PRIVACY AND PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR PROPERTY.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 30-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed (yard not fenced)
