Caballeros Palms

This property is wonderful for a friends/family get away. We had 4 adults and everyone had their own space, plus the meeting area to eat/watch tv/play games. The outdoor space is perfectly arranged for fun in the sun, and where we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen is well appointed and the managers were attentive and gracious. Absolutely worth it!!

There are so many things to love about this property/home. So much light, bright and spacious. Beautiful yard. Really nice "vibe" overall with a great layout and I appreciated the art/decor very much. Fantastic having as much tv access as there is. The home and location worked very well for my long term stay.

I would like to point out Altamira provided wonderful service. They were incredibly responsive and helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. Would def work with Altamira again.

Everything was great.

This was my second stay at this house - it is a great home for a group of friends or family to stay. Everything was clean and all equipment was working. This is a Smart Home and the house manual was incredibly detailed and helpful. Supermarket, gym, and other stores are in walking distance, Downtown event venues are just a few minutes driving away.

Perfect property to hang out with kids and grand kids, pool and hot tub were a big hit, lots of socializing areas both inside and out. Highly recommend!!

Super fun and good layout for two families w kids. Or for four couples. Large enough and great backyard. Furniture and linens were clean and nice. The only “issue” we had was that the master door was not lined up and wouldn’t close. Besides that the place was excellent.

I cannot say enough great things about this home! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable! The beds were super comfortable, the bedding was luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed! The home was very high tech, but all of the controls were very easy to use. The property exceeded our expectations in every way.

Lovely well kept house. The backyard was great, beautiful pool, plenty of lounging areas and a great view of the mountains.

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. The property management company was very responsive to any questions and small issues. Would definitely recommend to others.

What a lovely property. Two primary bedrooms with ensuites and two queen bedrooms with a shared hallway bath. Completely redone. Everything felt fresh, new and tasteful. The kitchen had every plate, utensil, pans/pots that you needed. We loved the pool area and the comfortable elegance throughout the home. Would definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and stocked, with high-end amenities. We never wanted to leave and one of our guests wanted to buy the property fully furnished! The property management company was very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

We stayed here with a small group of friends and it was the PERFECT place for us. All of the amenities were top notch and we didn’t have any issues while there for the weekend. It was also a great location with an easy walk to the main streets.

this house was perfect for our girls getaway. nicely laid out and beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed. backyard was spacious with lots of seating areas. property management was great to work with. not walking distance to downtown but plenty of dining and shopping a quick drive away.

We didn’t want to end our vacay

It was perfect. We had family for a good portion of the week and then a few friends for the last few days. It was ideal. It was so relaxing and the owner made it very special. A great spot we will come back to.
