Another wonderful experience at this special house

We loved the layout of this beautiful mid-century home. Great spaces for hanging out...or not hanging out with family. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. The pool was adequate for lap swimming. Beds were comfortable. Property management was very responsive. Loved the water feature visible from the living room! It was a treat to watch the hummingbirds bathe in it every morning! Highly recommend Low Desert and 350 Fusion restaurants at the nearby Smoke Tree Commons (2 minute drive away).

This is our second year staying at the Bond House and we would stay there again. Well equipped home that is super comfortable.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Altamira Vacations is always an excellent host, and this stay was no different. The home is beautiful, spacious, and gave us the perfect weekend in Palm Springs. We can't wait to be back.

Believe it or not, this house is better than the pictures! We have stayed with Altamira several times, and their staff is always very responsive and helpful.

The Bond House was a perfect spot for our Palm Springs weekend! The house was furnished beautifully and the Mountain views from both the front and back of the house were stunning. Our host was responsive when we had questions. Even though the home is on a large street it was very quiet at night. We would definitely rent it again.

We have rented multiple times with Altamira with our latest being for a full month. Everything from the booking process to ongoing communication to the experience in the house--it was all perfections. We HIGHLY recommend Altamira!

The Bond House (and property) was just beautiful (just like the pictures). Very well equipped with anything you would ever need. . The house was great! It was clean, inviting and spacious and Altamira was very helpful when we had a question. Great location – centrally located to downtown Palm Springs and all stores, shops and restaurants. The house was so comfortable and we felt at home.

We have been traveling to Palm Springs for 5 years and have stayed in a number of different properties over the years. The Bond House is at the top of all rental experiences. Altamira Vacation Rentals was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, rental agency I have dealt with in all those years. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was perfect upon arrival and Altamira Vacation Rentals was very helpful throughout our stay.

We spent plenty of time in the heated pool and relaxing hot tub. The living space was comfortable and made us feel relaxed and we were able to recharge. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom space was better than many of the resorts we have stayed at.
If you've been here before, this is the perfect place to stay. If you've never experienced Palm Springs make sure you check out the Bond House, and make sure you take advantage of a morning showers in the outdoor shower as the sunrise comes over the mountains and highlight the amazing palm trees.

The property was even more impressive in person (vs. the photos). It was three houses down from the LaVerne property which my parents rented. LaVerne is equally impressive as the photos can tell. Everything about the property was perfect. Clean, everything worked, everything was intuitive. All sorts of TV/movie options, just an all around 10/10 including interactions with the property manager which clearly has a culture of excellent customer service. My parents were literally raving about how much they loved the property managers who catered to their every need (my folks stayed at LaVerne for about 6-weeks). I highly recommend this property. My parents have already booked it for winter 2023!

The house was great. The host was very responsive. Conveniently located near hiking trails and the grocery store. Check-in and pool heating were great.

The Bond House was the perfect getaway for 4th of July weekend. We stayed there with some close friends and our kids had so much fun splashing in the pool and running around the large open living room. Meanwhile, the adults got to enjoy the home's clean modern design and well-equipped kitchen. A few steaks on the outdoor grill made for a fantastic weekend. The only issue happened right when we got there: a closet door came right off the second we pulled it open. The management company was apologetic, and it was all resolved fine. Would definitely stay again.

Visited this property for a girls weekend to relax and recharge. Really liked that each bedroom had a king bed in it so we all had our own big bed! Master bedroom is incredible and the large soaking tub was a bonus! Lots of space inside and out to hang out and catch up with friends. Also appreciated being able to park in the garage. Property management company was superb! So helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The house was very comfortable and feels as you would expect from the pictures. The pool is very nice as is the large, comfortable spa & we loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked, all the appliances worked. Very comfortable beds & linens.

Wonderful house. Beautifully remodeled mid century modern home with all the amenities. Outstanding pool and spa area. The house is very spacious with a great kitchen and living area. Stunning natural light during the day. The owner and management company really take care of the property and show concern to ensure everything stays clean and in good shape. The rule and instruction binder is easy to understand. The home is located in a great part of Palm Springs, very close to golf courses and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay.

Great experience. House was exceptionally beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. All rooms are very spacious and well-laid out. The heating and AC as well as entertainment systems worked well and were very up to date. We also enjoyed the pool/spa which was perfect.

Loved the property and was a great getaway for the family. House was clean, modern, and great location in south Palm Springs. Look forward to coming back again!

The Bond House is an incredibly unique Palm Springs rental, one that has an incredible attention to detail throughout. The owners clearly take pride in this home.

The home is very spacious with 3 bedrooms plus and office nook off the master. All bedrooms have a king bed, and this house is geared towards adults. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and hotel like. The master suite is incredibly large with stunning views of the pool and mountains. Our only issue at all was that there were no blackout shades, however there are solar shades- it does get quite bright in the early mornings.

The Bond House is very tastefully decorated with nice, thoughtful touches throughout. The owners really have thought of everything. The design of the home itself is mid century and it’s been preserved/updated in a beautiful way.

We particularly enjoyed the pool area- it’s large and the yard area has everything you will need including a fire pit, gas grill, hot tub, outdoor shower and outdoor dining and misters.

We were beyond impress with this home and would love to return- it’s one of the highest end short term rentals I have seen. Location is fantastic as it’s adjacent to Indian canyon which is great for walking and just minutes from grocery stores, fun coffee spots and restaurants/bars!

Excellent house! Spacious interior, glass walls to exterior, loads of natural light, perfectly maintained, modern comfortable furnishings inside and outside, large pool surrounded by desert landscaping. Very attentive and responsive Altamira management team We would gladly rent this house again for another family vacation.

Amazing house, even more impressive than the photos. Sophisticated Mid-Century Modern styling with all the updates that made this a perfect Palm Springs escape. Every detail has been thought of, every view maximized! All rooms are very spacious and a great overall floor plan for entertaining as well as privacy. Waking up in the master bedroom and raising the remote control blinds to reveal sunrise on the mountains was magical. Beautiful oversized, well appointed kitchen and large, very clean bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The subtle James Bond references are really fun without being overpowering. Will definitely be staying there again!
