Starr Struck

This wasn’t the house we originally rented but what a great surprise this house was! We loved this house. At first we didn’t love the concrete floors, however they grew on us. The backyard was set up well and the temp of pool was perfect! We will stay there again!!

Nice place. A little on the small side with very narrow showers and small pool. Rocky rear yard too. A little steep on the price for what you get size wise.

Very clean. Beds were super comfy as well as the pillows and towels. The pool and hot tub were great with plenty of pool towels Kitchen well organized with good utensils Shower heads very good with good pressure and plenty of hot water Quiet neighborhood other than the planes taking off.

Lovely home with nice private yard. Pool and spa were fantastic. Well decorated and furnished. Highly recommend!

Cannot express how much we loved this place. Newly decorated and done. So clean and cozy. Everything is just so Palm Springs fun you almost do not want to leave this spot. All things provided to cups to cooking to pool towels. The pool is a blast. Make sure to watch the sunset by the firepit. I will say again too so clean. I think I took more pics of this house than I did of our activities. Host is awesome. Responds to everything. Easy check in and check out. All of it-perfect!

Such a gem! It was perfect for two couples and our pups on a hot weekend when a pool is necessary. The vibe is very Palm Springs and close to everything! We will be back.

Lovely, clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent communication with Altamira. We thoroughly enjoyed the living space and backyard. Super cool bedrooms :) Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the home to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area.

This is my family’s first ever Airbnb and Starr Struck was memorable. Due to Covid cases rising in Vegas we decided to cancel our trip and decided for a lil getaway vacation in Palm Springs. A private rental with a private pool was simply the best. Place was spotless, super clean, extremely gorgeous decoration, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook any meals. Location was very close to downtown, tram, windmills, Albertsons and everything you need. Safe quiet place and lovely. Will definitely consider Starr Struck for our next Palm Springs vacation.

Adorable place to stay for our long weekend getaway for my sons bday. Super clean, lovely decor throughout the entire house, beautiful kitchen with all the necessities to cook any meal. Pool was the best for my kids to have a blast this summer. Quiet area, everything is nearby. Ultimately, this was a great find!! Definitely spotting this home again for our next Palm Springs getaway!!

Cozy, great outdoor area, great location in a quiet area with everything very close by. Definitely relaxing and private, you can't hear anyone. The only thing I would alert would be renters to is that if you are larger than normal (bodybuilder or otherwise) the showers are a bit tight so it can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable when showering. This isn't a strike against the house or anyone's fault, just a heads up in case that's an issue for anyone as I am a bodybuilder and so wider than normal so showering wasn't as enjoyable. Still the house is great and the pros outweigh the one con.

This house is perfection! The layout is wonderful, decorated adorably, cozy, inviting and so much better than expected! It had everything we could possibly need and more. Felt welcomed from the moment we stepped foot inside with the air conditioning cooled to perfection, swimming fish on all of the tv’s and adorable fun sign lit up upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen and great array of pool floats and accessories. Loved this house from the top to bottom!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at this small, well appointed and fun mid century modern home. The pool was smaller than expected but adequate and the yard was large. The decor was so bright and colorful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. The proximity to downtown was especially nice. We found the home very comfortable. We did not mind the strict rental rules and we loved the quiet neighborhood. Two thumbs up for this one!

This house is so fun! We had such a good time here. I love the retro vibe of this place. The pool, spa, and firepit were awesome amenities! The beds were really comfortable too and it had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute space that felt immediately like home! We have spent multiple vacations in this house and it always lifts our spirits. The house and the rental agency are perfection!

We recently stayed for a full week at the house on Starr St. While we found the interior to be catchy and fun our overall experience was mediocre and definitely not worth the price.

Please note, the city has also imposed so many rules in regards to noise. Granted we are not in our 20s, but it seemed to overshadow the experience.

I don't think we will rent a house in Palm Springs again - rather spend the money on a hotel.

We have stayed here before and love the yard. Such a beautiful layout and pool. Everything was clean and the company was super responsive. We would stay again and recommend it to friends!

We had a great stay! The place was super clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our favorite part was definitely the pool and hot tub.

The house was adorable and whimsical and perfect for our quick trip. We just stayed for the weekend but the house was neat and clean and in a really good location.

We enjoyed the pool and spa, the bbq and all the amenities outside. The house is well located, it was clean and confortable.
The contract is very long, I did not enjoy that, but apart from that, everything was easy and the people from Altamira agency were very kind.

This was our second time staying at Starr Struck and it was worth every penny. We decided to book directly with Altamira this time and are happy we did. They handle the booking process seamlessly and we were able to save considerable money by not having to pay the Airbnb fees. The property was clean (as usual) and is one of the best in Racquet Club to stay at. The location is close to just about everything, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Also, we were able to walk to some places downtown without any problem. We are already planning our next trip and will come directly to Altamira for our rental needs!

Absolutely loved this home!! Traveled with my family for July 4th weekend. We wanted a home that was modern and in a great location and also had authentic Palm Springs decor and vibes and Starr Struck was exactly that. Sleek and well appointed but with that amazing PS flare. Great pool and the outdoor space really is perfection! Everything you could ever want. All bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and amazingly decorated. Bathrooms were wonderful and spacious and offered all we wanted! The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we loved cooking in it and having it be so east to access from the outdoors. The neighborhood is amazing so close to downtown! Also quiet and scenic. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Altamira was! Even over a holiday weekend, any question we had - they answered so quickly and even came over in a pinch to assist us with something we needed hand with! Friendly and acomodating from beginning to end. Will absolutely use them again next time we are in PS.

First time in Palm Springs, we loved it, will be back again.

The important part though is the backyard. Unbelievable! The pool and spa are great. Both were clean and the backyard is well furnished with places to sit in the sun and in the shade. Also, plenty of privacy as the house backs up to some type of empty lot. We didn't use the BBQ, but I can imagine you can cook quite a feast on it.
Interacting with Altamira: As it stands, I would only rent with Altamira in Palm Springs. They're amazing. The house was clean and well stocked with helpful items. Bathrooms had some small soaps and shampoos, the kitchen had a new sponge to use, plenty of towels as well. Walking into the house we were floored by how every detail was covered upon our arrival. Communication with Altamira was also excellent. They made a last minute adjustment to help us check in early (we didn't even have to ask). Very responsive with replies, too. I also think they handled all the nitty gritty that the City of Palm Springs requires them to do. They made it a painless process.

Bottom line - We will easily come back to this property and if it isn't available, we will only work with Altamira to find some place else.

The house was in a great location, very clean and was better than advertised! Around every corner there was an additional attention to detail that kept surprising us. Everyone at Altamira was friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this house and Altamira!

The house was amazing. We went in the heat of summer and had a great time. The house is decorated so cool and it make you just want to have fun. My friends and I had never been to Palm Springs and this place gave us just what we wanted. Relaxation and Fun.

We had a great weekend staying at this house. The property was very clean and the pictures of it were very accurate. We spent most of our time in the pool and backyard which is perfect for pets. Great location close to downtown.i would highly recommend this to everyone.
