This updated California Ranch has a cool, contemporary vibe. You'll enter through the front gate into a courtyard gathering area which faces the San Jacinto mountain range. This is the perfect setting to relax with a glass of wine as the sun slowly sets over the mountains.
Inside, the social areas of the home are connected to one another creating an inviting environment for entertaining or simply relaxing. With vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass, this entire space is open and bright. The relaxing family room area has a sectional sofa and a 75” smart TV. The updated kitchen is perfect for cooking a gourmet meal, with stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, and a peninsula with counter seating. The glass-topped table in the dining area seats six.
The living areas open out to the large backyard, which is fully enclosed and lined with tall hedges for total privacy. There are lawn areas and a large 15’ x 30’ saltwater pool with an integrated spa. You’ll find multiple areas for relaxing including outdoor living and dining areas, multiple chaise lounges with umbrellas, and a second fire pit with seating! There’s even a ping-pong table! All these spaces share stunning Palm Springs views!
The primary bedroom, separated from the other bedrooms, is a private retreat with a slider out to the front courtyard and great views of the mountains. There is a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, a closet with built-ins, and a large ensuite with a dual-sink vanity and step-in shower with rain shower head.
There are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. They share the hall guest bath which includes a dual-sink vanity and a step-in glass-enclosed shower.
If you need to sneak away to a private space, there’s a comfortable office with a desk and lounge chairs. It's the perfect space for when you can’t completely escape from work or for simply reading or relaxing.
Beverly Bleu is in a great, convenient south Palm Springs location. Within just a few minutes there are hiking trails, grocery stores, and all the other shopping and dining on East Palm Canyon Drive. You’re also just three miles to downtown Palm Springs or Indian Canyons Golf Resort. This is the perfect quiet location to get away for a weekend or the winter.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check-in.
**This house is pet friendly and the limit is 1 dog. The charge for one is $110 plus tax.
**No access or use of fire pit or fireplace
