WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? 

 

Check-in is 4PM or later, and checkout is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for an additional fee. Please ask a reservationist for more details.

 

 

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? 

 

You will be sent detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival.  Most of our homes are keyless and allow entry through the issue of a code rather than a physical key.  Every reservation has a different code for security.  If your rental is in the City of Palm Springs, an in-person meet-and-greet is required by the city within a few hours of your arrival.  We will work with you to schedule this at a convenient time.

 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

 

Your cleaning fee pays for a departure clean after you check out. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.

 

 

IS THE POOL HEATED?

 

Pool and spa heat are available for an additional fee, which varies by the house and time of year.  Please ask a reservationist for more information.

 

 

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

 

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and stocked.  You will find all the linens for beds, plus bath and pool towels for your entire group.  The fully-functional kitchen has appliances and amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.  It will also have cooking and serving items including pots and pans, plates, glasses, and utensils.  We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. Bathrooms are stocked with an initial supply of soap and shampoo. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

 

 

MAY I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

 

We do not recommend shipping to the home as we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

 

 

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

 

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. All rentals in the Palm Springs area are under very strict noise regulations by the city, and no music is allowed outside at any time.

 

 

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

 

Many of our houses are pet-friendly, but some are not.  You can search on our website for houses that allow pets or ask a reservationist.  If you are bringing a pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee which can vary by the number and kind of pets.  Please ask for details.
