My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The weather was wonderful so we were able to fully use the beautiful backyard. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had. The kitchen could use some updating, but the cupboards were stocked nicely for preparing meals. We will definitely be staying again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location is IDEAL for anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoor activities in and around Palm Springs. Also close to many great downtown restaurants. The pool area worked out great for the four of us to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Also great mountain views.

This is a great family property in one of the iconic neighborhoods of Palm Springs. Our group consisted of six adults and two children - five and four months. First, this is a wonderful neighborhood. Very quiet, even with new construction going on a few doors down. The walking here is fantastic if you enjoy seeing all the homes of former celebrities. Most of them lived here. This quiet cul de sac is nestled under the mountains. Exceptional views. It's the best neighborhood we've ever stayed in. The house is spacious and well furnished. We all fit very well with lots of room to be together. The casita is very nice as well. The beds and linens were top notch, and an added plus was how quiet the bedrooms were. No one had any issues sleeping. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could need. The backyard and pool area was nice as well. The gas bbq is amazing - very high end - and it made for some excellent grilling. Our week, unfortunately was cool, but the owners keep the pool and spa nice and warm, so we could use them regardless of the weather. There were some small touches that were nice - plenty of paper towels (sometimes you only get on roll), tissues in every bathroom and lots and lots of towels for both the baths and pool. Property management was highly attentive. When we arrived we had issues with the hot water. They were immediately on it and had the issue resolved that day. We had a wonderful time.

The house is exactly as listed. It had everything we could need and was super clean and well appointed. The pool and backyard were awesome, and where we spent most of our time when we were home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Springs and at the house. The house was clean and lovely and had pretty much everything we needed. Altamira was really responsive to the few questions that arose. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the house.or to recommend it.

This is our second time staying at this property, and once again we had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and only about a mile walk to downtown…and Starbucks! The pool was very clean and heated to the perfect temperature. The casita allowed our multi families plenty of privacy and comfort. We love this house and will stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

So much space in this lovely home! The pool was perfect, the home comfortable, the beds very very comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved walking in this neighborhood, and it was close to downtown Palm Springs which was fabulous. The home had plenty of dishes, towels, and amenities to make it very easy for us!

This is a very beautiful and spacious home. Great location as it is very close to the airport and many amazing restaurants and bars. Property management was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

Appealing mid-century house in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants etc. Well furnished and equipped; very comfortable. One bedroom is in a sweet little guest house. Nice pool and outdoor spaces; not huge, but very pleasant.

We had a great time at this house. Our host at check-in was great. Everyone in our group was surprised by the size of the pool/spa and the backyard area. It all appeared much larger in the photos. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood near the downtown area with amazing views of the mountains. But, that comes with a premium price! Overall, we thought it was a great place but way overpriced.

House was nicer than the pictures! Wonderful pool/hot tub. Rooms large and well appointed. Area was safe and walkable. Management very responsive to questions. Was a great house for 7 adults.

We stayed at this home for about a week with a party of 4 adults and 4 young kids and we loved it. It was the perfect home base for us on a trip that combined adventure and relaxation. It’s a beautiful home with the quintessential Palm Springs MCM architecture and interior design that stay true to the home while providing modern comforts and conveniences. Huge tables inside and out easily accommodated our group for lunches and the occasional dinner. The beds were comfy and clean and the home is very well stocked with towels. The tankless water heater is very clutch for a large group to ensure everyone has hot water. The location is outstanding. A 10-15 minute walk (or a quick drive) to shopping and restaurants and about a 10 minute drive to several nice areas for hiking. Great mountain views too. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids—and at night the hot tub and fire pit provided quiet spots for the adults to wind down. The up-charge for heating the pool felt a little like we were getting nickel-and-dimed, but that’s a minor ding on an otherwise excellent experience.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful part of town. Great for small groups with a resort like feel.

This place was incredible and we loved both the inside and the outside areas. The bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are really nice. The casita is really cool too and creates privacy for whoever stays there. We loved how the kitchen opens up to the pool area. The lounge area with fire pit, pool/spa combo, outdoor table, grill area, and beautiful mountain/palm tree view make for a pretty ideal vibe. We didn't want to leave! We also appreciate the prompt responsiveness to inquiries from Altamira.

A group of 8 of us had a wonderful stay at Topaz. The house was spacious, bright and beautiful with comfy beds and a spectacular backyard/pool. Location was prime - walking distance to the strip. Would suggest that the property managers invest in better knives and a couple full length mirrors in the main house. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood close to trails and town. This was the perfect setting for a brief family reunion. The noise policy is strict, as it should be, to respect full-time residents in the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
